PT Hagita is the Distributor of Stiff Split Set Bolt in Indonesia (Australian product).
The purpose is to develop a system to install pre grouted Friction Bolts using the existing equipment and methodology of regular Friction Bolts. Without compromising ease of installation, compatibility with mesh and shotcrete, overall productivity and increasing the level of safety provided. Split set mining system is a company headquartered in Australia and produces underground roof support equipment, especially rigid split set bolts.

- Failure strength of the steel +/-18t
- A pull out resistance of approx. 4t per metre of embedment is normal
- The bond, and performance of the bolt, is dependent upon the friction created between the bolt and the rock bolt and the rock.
- A bolt with one metre of embedment can hold a rock weighing 4 t
- Bolts pull out of the hole well before they break
Stiff Split Set Stabilisers
- A Steel Sleeve is inserted, then glued to one side of a standard Split Set Bolt.
- The thick grout pre-placed into the bolt via the use of a wet cement sausage.
- Inserted into the bolt, before the installation of the bolt in the hole.
- The bolt is installed “as normal”.
